THE LAW
Czech National Council
of 19 March 1992
repealing certain legislation in the cultural sector
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
They shall be deleted:
1. provision § 1, 3, 4, § 5 § 2, 5, 6, § 6 to 15, § 17 to 33, § 34 § 2, § 35 to 38 of the Czech National Council Act No. 33 / 1978 Coll., on theatrical activities (theatrical Act), as amended by Act No. 122 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 127 / 1990 Coll. of the Czech National Council Act No. 425 / 1990 Coll.,
2. the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 75 / 1978 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Theatre Act, as amended by Decree No. 198 / 1989 Coll. and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 127 / 1990 Coll.,
3. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 26 February 1979 No 10.890 / 79-Ia / 1 establishing a network of theatres (registered in the amount of 10 / 1979 Coll.),
4. a directive of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 30.7.1971 No. 11 822 / 1971-III, issued in agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic, for the teaching of religion of enrolled pupils of basic nine-year-olds (registered in the amount of 22 / 1971 Coll.), as amended by the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 10.6.1988 No. 9 822 / 1988- VII., issued in agreement with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Socialist Republic (registered in the amount of 27 / 1988 Coll.).
With effect from the Czech Republic:
1. Act No. 547 / 1919 Coll. on the Construction and Maintenance of the "Academic House in Prague,"
2. Act No. 226 / 1920 Coll. on the establishment of the Denisova Fund,
3. Act No. 245 / 1920 Coll. on the addition of war years to priests from spiritual administration in the last war to military service called,
4. Law No 96 / 1925 Coll. and n., on the mutual proportions of religion,
5. Paragraph 10 of Act No. 218 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of Churches and Religious Companies by the State,
6. Act No. 56 / 1957 Coll., on artistic craft and folk art production,
7. provision § 1 to 3, § 4 paragraph 1, § 5, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 16 of Act No. 81 / 1957 Coll., on Concert and Other Music Activities, as amended by Act No. 146 / 1971 Coll., Act No. 127 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 425 / 1990 Coll.
8. provision § 1 to 6, § 9, 11, 12 and 15 of Act No. 82 / 1957 Coll., on estrates, artistic productions and folk entertainment, as amended by Act No. 146 / 1971 Coll., Act No. 127 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 425 / 1990 Coll.,
9th Act No. 52 / 1959 Coll., on information activities (Information Act), as amended by Act No. 425 / 1990 Coll.,
10. Government Decree No. 101 / 1950 Coll., on the abolition of information councils and their transfer to national committees,
11. Government Decree No. 121 / 1950 Coll., which gives the Staff Regulations for lay religious teachers, as amended by Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll.,
12th Government Order No. 46 / 1951 Coll., on the abrogation of library councils,
13. Decree No 153 / 1950 of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts and the Ministry of Culture and Education of the Ú. l., on the tasks and responsibilities of the Regional National Committees in the field of school and educational film and slides,
14th Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 99 / 1958 Ú. l., on the authorisation of public concert and other musical productions, public production of estradic and artistic entertainment, folk entertainment companies, certain theatre performances, exhibitions, lectures and film performances and on the exclusive authorisation of copyright protection organisations, as amended by Act No. 146 / 1971 Coll., Act No. 33 / 1978 Coll., Decree No. 117 / 1991 Coll. and Decree No. 241 / 1991 Coll.,
15th Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 149 / 1961 Coll., on the purchase, award and sale of works of Fine Arts and on certain other measures in the field of Fine Arts, as amended by Decree No. 39 / 1966 Coll. and Act No. 146 / 1971 Coll.,
16th Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 73 / 1962 Coll., on advertising in the press, as amended by Decree No. 105 / 1967 Coll.,
17th Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 23 / 1965 Coll., on the Competition Regulations for Works of Fine Arts,
18. principles of the Central Council of Unions for the Activity and Management of Cultural Devices of ROH, approved by resolution of the Central Council of Unions of 8.6.1983 (registered in the amount of 5 / 1984 Coll.).
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
