THE LAW
of 7 May 1990
on the granting of amnesty in cases of misdemeanor which fall within the competence of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
(1) Amnesty is granted by the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic in respect of offences which fall within the competence of the authorities of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic.
(2) Amnestii is given by the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic by a resolution it declares in the Collection of Laws.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
