Czech National Council
of 18 December 1973
on the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1974
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 103 809 089 000 Kčs, |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou | 103 809 089 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 1). |
| (2) Ve státním rozpočtu republiky jsou obsaženy | |
| a) dotace ze státního rozpočtu federace do státního rozpočtu republiky ve výši | 39 050 000 000 Kčs, |
| b) finanční vztahy k rozpočtům národních výborů, a to: | |
| souhrnný finanční vztah (neúčelové dotace) ve výši | 17 142 700 000 Kčs, |
| účelové subvence ve výši | 16 554 800 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 2). | |
Empowerment
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or on the basis of its authority, the Minister of Finance may, if this does not affect the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic's state plan for the development of the Czech Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational changes and adjustments to the general financial relationship and to the special-purpose subsidies of the national committees if the conditions under which the aggregate financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies have been established change.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1974.
