Regulation of the Minister for Nutrition
of 24 June 1949
determining the date on which certain services enter and cease the Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products and which repeals certain services.
The Minister of Nutrition hereby orders, pursuant to Section 11, paragraph 1 of the Act of 2 December 1948, No. 278 Coll., on the Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products:
On 30 June 1949, the registered community limited in Prague entered into the Centre for the Management of Agricultural Products and disappeared:
1. Cooperative, purchasing unity of economic cooperatives in Prague, registered fellowship with limited liability in Prague,
2. "Moragro," the unity of economic cooperatives, registered fellowship with limited liability in Brno,
3. Central Economic Warehouse in Opava, Business Headquarters of Silesian Economic Cooperatives, Registered collective with limited liability,
4. Lactotechna, unity of dairy cooperatives, registered fellowship with a limited liability in Brno,
5. Distribution, purchasing and selling unity in Prague, registered association with limited liability,
6. Association of Economic Cooperatives and Public Grains Storage in Bratislava,
7. Slodob, Association of Slovak peasant cattle cooperatives in Bratislava,
8. Association of dairy cooperatives for Slovakia in Bratislava,
9. Paperod, cooperative for industrial processing and redemption of feathers, Bratislava,
10. Drome, a cooperative for trade in milk and milk products in Bratislava.
On 30 June 1949:
1. Agricultural headquarters for the monetization of cattle for the Czech Republic, company with r. o. in Prague,
2. Agricultural headquarters for the monetization of cattle in Moravia, a.s.,
3. Agrasol, an agricultural stock market and industrial company in Prague,
4. Laktos, company of dairy cooperatives, akc. spol. in Prague,
5. Perut, agricultural limited company for the purchase of feathers.
This Regulation shall take effect on 30 June 1949.
