extending the validity of the fee and benefit relief for change of name.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 1.
(1) The provisions on concessions under the Act of 11 December 1945, No 165 Coll., on fee and benefit allowances for change of name, also apply to applications lodged between 1 January 1947 and 31 December 1949 and to authorisations issued for such applications.
(2) The levy on official acts in administrative matters shall not be levied on applications submitted until that date for authorisations issued after 31 December 1946.
(3) The higher duty rate and the levy on official action paid between 1 January 1947 and the date on which this Act takes effect will not be refunded.
§ 2.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Finance and Interior Ministers.
