of 11 December 1945
on fee and batch allowances for name change.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
(1) Applications by Czechoslovak state citizens for the authorisation of a change of a non-Slavic or non-Slavic name to Slavic shall be subject only to a stamp fee of 5 KKS per ark.
(2) No charge shall be levied for the authorisation of such an amendment for official acts in administrative matters.
§ 2.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication and shall expire on 31 December 1946. It will be carried out by finance and home affairs ministers, responsible delegates in Slovakia.
