amending Decree No 264 / 1999 Coll., on the provision of study leave to professional soldiers
According to § 42 (2) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Defence provides:
In § 1 of Decree No. 264 / 1999 Coll., on the provision of study leave to professional soldiers, the words "and concluded an agreement to increase or extend education 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2025.
