The Ministry of Local Development provides pursuant to § 193 and § 194 (a) of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 350 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 39 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 403 / 2020 Coll. and Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll.:
In Article III of Decree No 360 / 2021 Coll., amending Decree No 501 / 2006 Coll., on general requirements for the use of territory, as amended, the words "1 July 2022 'are replaced by the words" 1 January 2023'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
