DECLARATION
of 17 March 2006
amending Decree No. 368 / 1999 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., laying down the formalities and number of photographs required under the Act on the residence of foreigners, as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 217 / 2002 Coll.:
§ 2 of Decree No. 368 / 1999 Coll., laying down the formalities and number of photographs required under the Law on the residence of foreigners, as amended by Decree No. 198 / 2004 Coll., including the title reads:

Alien submit
(a) one photograph when applying for:
1. issuing a transit visa;
2. granting an airport visa;
3. the granting of a visa to stay within 90 days; or
4. issuing a certificate of temporary residence of a European Union citizen in the Czech Republic,
(b) two photographs when applying for
1. issuing a visa for stay over 90 days;
2. the issuing of a travel document;
3. issuing a long-term residence permit or permanent residence permit;
4. issuing a permanent residence permit for a European Union citizen,
5. the issue of a temporary residence permit or permanent residence permit for a member of the family of a European Union citizen who is not himself a citizen of the European Union,
6. the issue of a residence permit, a permanent residence permit of a European Union citizen, a residence card of a family member of a European Union citizen or a permanent residence permit of a replacement for a lost, destroyed, stolen or damaged card,
7. the issue of a residence permit, a permanent residence permit of a European Union citizen, a residence card of a family member of a European Union citizen or a permanent residence card where the period of validity of the licence cannot be extended or in the event of a change in the form of a licence holder; or
8. the issue of a residence permit by a stranger who has received a permanent residence permit or a long-term or permanent residence permit before the age of 15. ';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
