DECLARATION
of 26 May 2003
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective agreement of the higher degree - General section for 2002 to 2004 concluded on 27 August 20011) and the Special section for 2003 concluded on 7 November 20022) between the Union of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Textile - Clothing - Leather Industry shall be binding on the employers listed in the Annex from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
