THE LAW
of 19 December 1968
amending the provisions on the declaration of laws and other legislation
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
The legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 4 / 1962 Coll., on the publication of laws and other laws is amended as follows.
1. Paragraph 1 reads as follows:
The laws of the Federal Assembly and the legal measures of its Bureau shall be declared in the Collection of Laws. '
2. Paragraph 2 (d) is deleted.
3. Paragraph 3 reads as follows:
If the Act of the Czech National Council and the Slovak National Council so provides, the laws of the national councils and the legal measures of their presidents, the regulations of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic, the other generally binding legislation of the ministries and other central bodies of the Republics, as well as other measures of these institutions, are also announced in the Collection of Laws; under the same conditions, the Order of the Regional National Committees shall also be published in the Collection of Laws. ';
4. Paragraph 8 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Editorial Office of the Collection of Laws is responsible for the authority entrusted by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic."
5. Where the other provisions of this legal measure refer to the National Assembly, Government, Ministries and Central Authorities, this is understood to mean the Federal Assembly and the Government, ministries and central authorities of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1969.
