Government Regulation
of 22 June 1948
extending certain time limits under the Trade Mark Emergency Measures Act.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1, § 2, § 2, § 4, § 2 and § 5, § 1 of the Act of 8 May 1946, No 125 Coll., on extraordinary measures in the field of trade marks:
§ 1.
The time limits laid down by Act No. 125 / 1946 Coll. laid down in § 1 of the Decree of 27 May 1947, No. 96 Coll., setting the time limits laid down by the Act No. 8 May 1946, No. 125 Coll. are extended until 31 December 1948.
§ 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1948; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
