DECLARATION
of 9 June 2011
amending Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscapes to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 78 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscapes to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, is amended as follows:
1. In the row "Management of the Protected Landscape Area Blaník 'in the column" National Natural Monuments', the words "Hadek u Želivka (5645) 'are inserted before the words" Chýnovská cave (136)'.
2. In the row "Management of the Protected Landscape Area of Kokořín 'in the column" National Nature Reservation', the words "Hrabanova (118) 'and the words" Žahunský Pond (540)' are deleted.
3. In the row "Management of the Protected Landscape Area of Kokorovsk 'in the column" National Natural Monuments', the words "Hrabanova (118) 'are inserted after the words" Pond of Žehuňský (540)'.
4. The words "Canyon Elbe (5608) 'shall be inserted after the words" Lake (144)' in the row "Administration of the protected landscape area of Labské Sand 'in the column" National Nature Reserve'.
5. In the row "Management of the protected landscape area Slavkovský les' in the column" National nature reserves', the word "SOOS 'is replaced by" Soos'.
6. In the row "Management of the protected landscape area Třeboňsko 'in the column" National nature reserves', the words "Ruda (375) 'are deleted.
7. The words "Ruda (375) 'shall be inserted after the words" Kaproun (1375)' in the row "Administration of the protected landscape area Třeboňsko 'in the column" National natural monuments'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
