On 13 March 2007, the Constitutional Court, in plenary composed of Stanislav Balík, František Duchoň, Vlasta Formánková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivan Janů, Vladimir Krórek, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodým, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior to repeal the generally binding Decree of the Statutory City of Pilsen No 17 / 2004 on the definition of public spaces in which are prohibited by prostitution,
