GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 June 1997
amending the provisions on the conditions, amount and maturity of the additional salary of public service and administration employees in the second half of 1997
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (c) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call duty in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
Scope
This Regulation applies to staff whose pay ratios are governed by Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 590 / 1992 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 10 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "Staff '.
Additional salary in the second half of 1997
In the second half of 1997, the provisions of
(a) § 10a of the Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 251 / 1992 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees of budgetary and certain other organisations, as amended by Decree of the Government No. 76 / 1994 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 141 / 1995 Coll. and Decree of the Government No. 70 / 1996 Coll.,
b) § 10a of Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 253 / 1992 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees of public authorities, certain other bodies and municipalities, as amended by Decree of the Government No. 78 / 1994 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 142 / 1995 Coll. and Decree of the Government No. 71 / 1996 Coll.,
c) § 7a of Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 254 / 1992 Coll., on the salary of prosecutors, prosecutors and legal candidates of the Prosecutor, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 442 / 1992 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 145 / 1993 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 61 / 1994 Coll. and Decree of the Government No. 178 / 1995 Coll.,
(d) Article 12 of Government Decree No 79 / 1994 Coll., on the pay ratios of armed forces, security forces and services, customs authorities, fire protection officers and employees of certain other organisations (Staff Regulations), as amended by Government Decree No. 143 / 1995 Coll. and Government Decree No. 72 / 1996 Coll.,
determining the conditions, amount and maturity of the additional salary.
Government Decree No. 107 / 1997 Coll., determining the amount of additional salary to public servants and administration in the second half of 1997, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
