THE LAW
of 3 May 1990
about the Bohosloverk Faculty
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
(1) The Roman Catholic Cyrilo-Methodology Faculty in Prague, based in Litomerice, is incorporated into the Charles University in Prague.
(2) The Cyril Methodology Faculty of Religion in Olomouc, which is incorporated into the University of Palacky in Olomouc, is being renewed.
(3) The Roman Catholic Cyrilo-Methodology Faculty of Religious Sciences of the University of Comenius, Bratislava, is hereby established.
(4) The Faculty of Religion is established, which is incorporated into the University of P. J. Shafarik in Košice.
(1) The Evangelical Faculty of Religion in Prague, under the name of the Evangelical Faculty of Religion, is incorporated into the Charles University in Prague.
(2) The Slovak Evangelical Religious Faculty in Bratislava is incorporated into the University of Komenský in Bratislava under the name of the Evangelical Religious Faculty of Komenský University.
Husova Czechoslovak Faculty of Religious Arts in Prague is incorporated into Charles University in Prague under the name of the Hussite Faculty of Religion.
The Orthodox Faculty of Religious Arts in Prague, based in Prešov, is named the Orthodox Faculty of Religious Religious Arts of the University of P. J. Šafárik, incorporated into the University of P. J. Šafárik in Košice.

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
