Decree of the Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 17 December 1945
on the nullity of the trade agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the United States of America (No 69 / 1938 Coll.).
Since the President of the United States of America, published on 23 March 1939, declared the trade agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the United States of America, signed on 7 March 1938 with the Additional Protocol and the Government Order of 15 April 1938, No 69 Coll., as concluded in full on the 30th day following the publication of its Order, i.e. 22 April 1939, I hereby declare that the provisions of this Trade Agreement and its Additional Protocol have therefore ceased to apply in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic.
