Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 162 / 2019 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective contract of Higher Degree for 2019, which was concluded on 27 December 2018 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Trade Union of Agriculture and Nutrition Workers' Union - Association of Free Trade Unions of the Czech Republic and the Employers' Organisation - Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic and the Czechoslovak Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication for other employers with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE Level 1, Code A - Agriculture, Forestry, Forestry, Forestry, Fisheries.
