DECLARATION
of 17 May 2010
amending Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended
According to § 119 (2) of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree No. 166 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 340 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 239 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Part I, point (b), at the end of point 6, the semicolon is replaced by a comma and the following point 7 is added:
'7. the establishment of a meal plan with daily feeding of a special formulation, quantity or frequency, or therapeutic nutritional supplements, as appropriate; ';
2. In Annex No 1, Part I, point (b) of the final part of the provisions, the words "when acting 'are replaced by the words" when carrying out the activities referred to in points 1 to 6'.
3. In Annex 1, Part I, point (q), the words ", measurement of glycosuria and ketones in urine 'shall be added at the end of the text in point 5.
4. In Annex 1 (I) (r) (4):
"4. injection, glucose measurement, determination of the current insulin dose."
5. In Annex No 1, Part II (e), at the end of point 3, the semicolon is replaced by a comma and the following point 4 is added:
'4. adaptation of the daytime and night schedule to the needs of treatment and treatment; ';
6. In Annex No 1, Part II (e), in the final part of the provision, the words "for persons under 3 years of age, the need for assistance and supervision in an act shall not be taken into account; 'shall be deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2010.
