THE LAW
of 17 March 2006
on the establishment of the Technical and Economic University in České Budějovice
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
A public college is established 1) called Technical and Economic University in České Budějovice. The headquarters of this public university are České Budějovice.
From the date of the entry into force of this Act, the public university, according to § 1, has been using the property which the South Bohemia Region will rent to it until the South Bohemia Region has contracted to transfer the property to it.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
