GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 May 2000
amending Government Regulation 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (3) of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 3 / 1991 Coll., and pursuant to § 4 (4) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended by Government Decree No. 320 / 1997 Coll., Government Decree No. 317 / 1998 Coll., Government Decree No. 131 / 1999 Coll. and Government Decree No. 313 / 1999 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1) (a), "CZK 22.30" is replaced by "CZK 25."
2. in Paragraph 2 (1) (b), "CZK 4,000" is replaced by "CZK 4,500";
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2000.
