On 8 June 1999, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on a proposal from the Regional Office in Karlovy Vary to repeal the generally binding Order of the City of Ostroa No 6 / 1996 of 11 July 1996 on certain public order measures as follows:
General binding Decree No 6 / 1996 of 11 July 1996 on certain measures to ensure public order shall be repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
