CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 12 June 1998
amending the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms
Parliament has decided on the following constitutional law of the Czech Republic:
Čl. I
The Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, published by Resolution No. 2 / 1993 of the Presidency of the Czech National Council Coll. as part of the constitutional order of the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
In the second sentence of Article 8 (3), "24 'is replaced by" 48'.
Čl. II
This constitutional law shall take effect on 1 January 1999.
