Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 17 June 1948
determining the figure of the monopoly duty on alcohol.
According to Article 100 (3) of the Law of 19 February 1946, No 30 Coll., on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies, I declare:
The figure of the monopoly duty on alcohol is for alcohol at all and for products for which the Czechoslovak monopoly on alcohol is supplied at full sale price, 290, - Kčs per hl °.
This Decree shall take effect on 23 June 1948.
