Government Decree
of 11 December 1945
terminating the state's security alert.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic shall determine, pursuant to § 57, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Act of 13 May 1936, No 131 Coll., on the defence of the State, on 31 December 1945, for the day on which the state's armed alert ends, as declared by the Government Decree of 23 September 1938, No 183 Coll.
