laying down the model of the applicant's licence for the status of stateless person
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 49a (6) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 173 / 2023 Coll.:
Model of licence
The model of the applicant's licence for the status of stateless person is set out in the Annex to this Order.
Photographs of the applicant
(1) The document of the applicant for the status of a stateless person shall include a photograph of the holder, provided that it is available to the Ministry of the Interior at the time of its issue in electronic form.
(2) The photograph is placed on the right side of the licence at the level of items containing personal data.
(3) The licence of the applicant for the status of a stateless person which does not contain a photograph in accordance with paragraph 1 shall include at the location of the photograph referred to in paragraph 2 the entry "This card does not contain a photograph of the applicant."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2024.
