on the binding nature of a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by Act No. 519 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 220 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 151 / 2002 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court declared under Act No. 199 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 112 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., and Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., states that the Collective contract of a higher degree for the textile, clothing and leather industry of 2009 concluded on 28 / 11 / 11 / 2008 between the Association of Textiles and leather industry on the one and the Union of Trade Union.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
