On 8 March 2007, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary of the President of the Court of Paul Rychett and Judges Stanislav Balík, František Duchona, Vlasta Formánková, Military Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Jana, Vladimir Krorka, Dagmar Lastovecký, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodma, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior for the abolition of the generally binding Order of the City of Ústí nad Labem 1 / 2004 to ensure the local affairs of public order
as follows:
I. Article 3 (1) (a), (b) and (e) and Article 4 of the Ordinance of the City of Ústí nad Labem No 1 / 2004 on the security of local public order matters shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
II. The application procedure is terminated in relation to the provisions of Article 3 (1) (d) and Article 5 of the Ordinary Order of the City of Ústí nad Labem No 1 / 2004 to ensure local public order matters.
III. In the remainder, the proposal of the Minister for the Interior is rejected.
