GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 April 2002
determining the amount of expenditure of the State Budget in the public interest by decision of the Presidents of both chambers of Parliament or of the Prime Minister
The Government mandates pursuant to § 7 (1) (s) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 450 / 2001 Coll.:
§ 1
Expenditure decided in the public interest by the President of the Chamber of Deputies, the President of the Senate or the Prime Minister may not exceed CZK 1 500 000 for each of them in the financial year.
§ 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
