determining the applicable amount for determining the total amount of wage entitlements paid to one employee under the Employee's Insolvency Protection Act and amending certain laws
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 5 (2) of Act No. 118 / 2000 Coll., on the protection of employees in the insolvency of the employer and on the amendment of certain laws:
For the period 1 May 2001 to 30 April 2002, the amount of the total wage entitlements paid to one employee shall be CZK 13 491.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
