of 12 July 1997
supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of State ownership transfers to other legal or natural persons, as amended, and Act of the Czech National Council No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 546 / 1992 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of State ownership transfers to other legal or natural persons, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 438 / 1991 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 282 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 473 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 170 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 155 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 191 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 218 / 1994 Coll., is added as follows:
In Article 15 (2) (k), at the end of the dot, point (l) is replaced by the following:
"(l) to transfer CZK 5,0 billion to a special account of state financial assets to finance measures to eliminate the effects of floods in 1997."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
