DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 149 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 177a (2) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 37 / 1993 Coll.:
In Article 19 (5) of Decree No. 149 / 1988 of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, as amended by Act No. 306 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 235 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 30 / 1993 Coll. and Decree No. 177 / 1993 Coll., the third sentence is: "The conversion rate is determined by the number of years of pension pay; shall be 1,2500 for one year of pension, 1,5625 for two years of pension, 1,7969 for three years of pension, 1,9766 for four years of pension and 1,9766 for each subsequent year of pension shall be multiplied by 1,9766 by 1,02. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1994.
