THE LAW
Czech National Council
of 19 March 1992
on the registration of churches and religious societies
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Churches and religious societies, 1) which intend to operate in the Czech Republic, registers the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic
(a) if at least ten thousand elderly persons who are resident in the Czech Republic are reported to them,
(b) if there are at least 500 elderly persons living on the territory of the Czech Republic who are members of the World Council of churches and religious societies.
The Czech Ministry of Culture will notify the Czech Statistical Office in writing within seven days after the decision becomes final.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
