amending and supplementing Constitutional Act No. 100 / 1960 Coll., Constitution of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, as amended by Constitutional Act No. 62 / 1978 Coll.
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this constitutional law:
Constitutional Act No. 100 / 1960 Coll., Constitution of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, as amended by Constitutional Act No. 62 / 1978 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Article 24 (2), the following sentence is inserted after the first sentence: "In private schools and ecclesiastical schools the right to education may be provided for remuneration. ',
paragraph 3 is deleted.
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
