on the correction of the press error: 1. in Act No. 101 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security, 2. in Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security of Cooperative Farmers, 3. in Decree No. 105 / 1964 Coll., on Pension Insurance of Individual Farmers and Other Persons Self-Management and on Providing a Providing Contribution to Members of Their Families
1. In Article 64 (5), line 3 of Act No. 101 / 1964 Coll., a print error is corrected in the words "income tax," so that the words correctly read "income tax."
2. In Paragraph 95 (1), line 3 of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., a print error is corrected in the words: "due from the day of death," so these words are correct: "due until the day of death."
3. In § 11 (2) of Decree No. 105 / 1964 Coll. a print error is corrected, so this provision is correct:
"(2) The widow's pension shall be calculated on the basis of the old-age (invalidity) pension of the individual farmer, including the increase in the pension provided for in Article 12 (1). '
