of 12 December 1950
on certain transfers in the field of military administration.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
Transfer of competence in the field of compensation for personal actions and in material transactions under the State Defence Act.
(1) The Commission, referred to in Section 155 of Act No. 131 / 1936 Coll., on State Defence ("the Commission"), is hereby repealed.
(2) The regional national committees decide on the compensation for personal actions and on the compensation for material transactions decided on by the Commission so far.
(3) High supervision in matters referred to in paragraph 2 shall be transferred to the Ministry of Interior by the Ministry of National Defence.
The regional national committee and the decisions of the commissions set up by the regional national committees shall decide on the pending appeals of the commissions set up by the regional national committees.
The Chambers mentioned in Sections 19 to 21 of Act No. 131 / 1936 Coll. are deleted.
Change of jurisdiction to issue statements from military matrices.
Lists from the Military Matrix (§ 26 paragraph 3 of Act No. 268 / 1949 Coll., on Matrices) are issued by the Central National Committee of the City of Prague since 11 August 1950.
Provisions common and final.
The provisions contrary to this Regulation, in particular those laid down in Part II of Decree-Law No 175 / 1947 Coll., on compensation for personal actions and transactions in kind, and item 10 of Annex A and item 19 of Annex C to Decree-Law No 305 / 1948 Coll., on certain transfers of competence in public administration, are hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Home Secretary in agreement with the Minister of National Defence and other participating members of the Government.
