of 10 June 1948
adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to the Act of 16 May 1946, No 117 Coll., on the modification of the Customs Tariff during a transitional period:
The Customs Tariff is amended and amended as follows:
1. the rate of number 11 is amended as follows:
| „1. Citrony, limony, cedráty; mango | 140.-“. |
2. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 109b) 1.
| „Poznámka. Nezahuštěné šťávy z plodů, ovoce a bobulí, od 1. července 1948 do 31. prosince 1949 | 200.-“. |
3. The heading of the note to Section XXI is amended to read "Notes to Section XXI. ', the previous wording of the note is renumbered as" 1.' and the following second note is inserted after that:
| „2. Petrolejový destilát saz. čís. 177, plynový olej saz. čís. 177 a 178, parafinový olej saz. čís. 177 a 178 a zbytky destilace minerálních olejů saz. čís. 179, dovážené pro továrny pohonných látek k dalšímu průmyslovému zpracování hydrogenací, na zvláštní povolení, za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. července 1948 do 31. prosince 1949 | 1.-“. |
4. The following note shall be inserted after the rate number 190:
| „Poznámka k saz. čís. 189 a 190. Zboží saz. pol. 189a)1. a 190a)1., dovážené pro továrny na výrobu brousicího plátna, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. července 1948 do 31. prosince 1948 | 100.-“. |
5. Note per rate number 287 is amended as follows:
| „Poznámka. Papír dovážený pro továrny k výrobě papírové příze, papírových pytlů, kabelů a umělých vrstvených hmot, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. července 1948 do 31. prosince 1948 | beze cla“. |
6. the following shall be added at the rate specified in paragraph 292a:

12. The rate of 443 is amended as follows:
"443. Iron barrels:

Note. Iron barrels of heading 443, imported as packaging filled with goods, shall be subject to the appropriate autonomous duty rate from 1 July 1948 to 31 December 1948 1 / 10. '
13. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 553c) 3:

In the first note for the rates of 619, in the second note for the rates of 620 and in the second note for the rates of 622, the words "at customs offices in Bratislava, Chebu, Liberec, Podmokleč- Decin, Prague and Ústí n. L." are replaced by the words "at customs offices in Bratislava, Decin, Cheb, Liberec, Prague, Ústí n. L. and Zlín."
22. the note to the rate of 621 is amended as follows:
