repealing the applicability of the Decree of 23 November 1940, No 403 Coll., amending the Decree of 20 April 1934, No 75 Coll., on the manufacture of milk and milk products and trade in such foodstuffs.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 2, paragraph 2 of the Act of 2 October 1946, No. 195 Coll., on the applicability of the rules of the period of infreedom:
The applicability of the Government Decree of 23 November 1940, No 403 Coll., amending the Government Decree of 20 April 1934, No 75 Coll., on the manufacture of milk and milk products and trade in such foodstuffs, as amended by the Government Decree of 8 April 1938, No 71 Coll., is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1947; They shall be carried out by the Minister of Nutrition and Health in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
