on the collection of lists of research organisations and how to report knowledge transfer revenue

Subject matter
This Regulation regulates the content of the list of lists of research organisations (hereinafter referred to as "the list ') and the method of reporting knowledge transfer income (1) of research organisations included in the list.
Collection of documents
(1) The collection of documents shall contain documents proving that the research and dissemination organisation has fulfilled the definitions of the knowledge organisation (2) attached to the application for entry in the list and the documents referred to in Article 3.
(2) The original version of the document and its translation into the Czech language are incorporated into the list of documents except where the translation into the Czech language was not required by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
Method of reporting knowledge transfer revenue
(1) The research organisation listed shall report the amount of the knowledge transfer revenue and the manner in which they are used for the previous calendar year on the form set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
(2) An overview of the amount of income from the transfer of knowledge and the manner in which it is used, drawn up on the form referred to in paragraph 1, shall be submitted to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for incorporation in the list of documents by 30 June of the following calendar year at the latest.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2017.

Overview of the level of income from knowledge transfer and the way in which they are used per year
1) Point 15 (v) of Part 1.3 of the Communication from the Commission - Framework for State aid for research, development and innovation (2014 / C 198 / 01).
(2) Point 83 of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651 / 2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in accordance with Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty.
