amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and amending certain related laws (Act on insurance of liability from the operation of a vehicle), as amended, Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended, and Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Income Tax Act
In Article 19 (1) of Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended by Act No. 157 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 196 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 210 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 114 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 43 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 74 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 149 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 63 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 210 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 497 Coll., Act No. 117 / 2001 Coll.
"(s) contributions to the Damage Guarantee Fund of the Czech Insurance Office,"
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2014, with the exception of Part One, Article 1 (1) (a), Article 2 (1) and (2), Article 4 (1) and Article 5 (1), Article 5 (1) and Article 5 (2), Article 5 (1) and Article 5 (2), Article 5 (1) and Article 5 (1), Article 5 (1) and Article 5 (2), Article 5 (1) and Article 5 (2), Article 5 (1) and Article 5 (2), Article 5 (2) and Article 5 (2 (2) and Article 5 (2 (1), Article 5 (2) and Article 5 (1 (1), Article 5) and Article 5 (2) of the first subparagraph of the first subparagraph of the second subparagraph of Directive shall apply. I, points 1 and 2 and part of the second Article II, which shall take effect on the first day of the third calendar month following the date of its publication.
