amending Decree No 427 / 2008 Coll.
determining the amount of reimbursement of expenditure on professional activities carried out under the responsibility of the State Institute for Drug Control and the Institute for State Control of Veterinary Bioprafts and Medicines
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to § 114 (2) of Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on Medicines and on amendments to certain related laws (Act on Medicines), for the implementation of § 112 (2), § 4 (c) and § 7 of the Law on Medicines:
Decree No. 427 / 2008 Coll., determining the reimbursement of expenditure on professional activities carried out under the jurisdiction of the State Institute for Drug Control and the Institute for State Control of Veterinary Bioprafts and Medicines, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Part A entry with code U - 003 is replaced by "CZK 6,000 '.
2. In Annex 1, Part And the entry with code R - 010 is replaced by "CZK 35,000 '.
Transitional provision
The applicant who paid expenses for professional activities carried out under the jurisdiction of the State Institute for Drug Control before the date of entry into force of this Order and the professional activities started before the date of entry into force of this Order, but were completed only after the date of entry into force of the Order, will return to the State Institute for Drug Control pursuant to Section 112 (4) (c) of Act No 378 / 2007 Coll., the financial difference between the amount of reimbursement paid and the amount of reimbursement of expenditure provided for by that Order.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
