of 9 July 1997
amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on the Rules of Management of the Budget Funds of the Czech Republic and of the Municipality of the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Republic), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on the Rules of Management of the Budget Resources of the Czech Republic and of the Municipality of the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Czech National Council No. 579 / 1991 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 166 / 1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 321 / 1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 10 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 189 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 57 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 154 / 1995 Coll., and Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
Paragraph 36 (1) (a) reads as follows:
"(a) to implement the measures necessary to overcome the temporary discrepancy between the revenue and expenditure of the State budget up to 6% of the total expenditure of the State budget approved by the State Budget Act for the year in question, in particular to provide the means to credit or sell the Treasury bills issued for that purpose."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
