Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that on 12 February 1981 a Multilateral Convention on Air Charges was adopted in Brussels
The Charter on the access of the Czech Republic to the Multilateral Air Charges Convention was deposited with the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium, the depositary of the Convention, on 27 November 1995.
The Convention entered into force on 1 January 1986 and for the Czech Republic pursuant to Article 28 (3) on 1 January 1996.
The text of the Convention can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Transport.
