CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 2 May 1990
amending Constitutional Act No. 10 / 1969 Coll., on the Council of State Defence
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this constitutional law:
Constitutional Act No. 10 / 1969 Coll., on the Council of State Defence, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 7 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Secretary of the Defence Council of the State is the Director of the Office of the Office of the Bureau of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Secretariat is the Department of Defence and Security of the Office of the Bureau of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic."
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
