amending the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic, the Czech Price Office and the Slovak Price Office No. 47 / 1978 Coll., on the sale of national property apartments to citizens and on financial assistance in modernising purchased flats, as amended by Decree No. 2 / 1982 Coll.
Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to Article 24 (1) of Act No. 52 / 1966 Coll., on Personal Property to Houses, as amended by Act No. 30 / 1978 Coll., § 391 (1) (a) (1) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended by the Act No. 45 / 1983 Coll., § 508 (1) of the Civil Code No. 40 / 1964 Coll., as amended by Act No. 70 / 1983 Coll., § 28 (d) and (e) of the Law No. 134 / 1970 Coll., the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic and on the Principles of Finance of the State Budget of the Federation and Republics, § 24 (2) of the Act No. 52 / 1966 Coll., on Personal Property, as amended by Act No. 30 / 1978 Coll., Section 28 (d) of the Act No. 24 (3) of the Law No. 2 of the Czech Republic of the Czech Republic.
Decree No. 47 / 1978 Coll., on the sale of apartments from national property to citizens and on financial assistance for the modernisation of purchased flats, as amended by Decree No. 2 / 1982 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (2), the second line reads:
"Kčs 1800 to Kčs 2200 for category I flats; in the case of flats which have been approved after 1 January 1982, the price per m2 of floor area shall be calculated on the basis of the costs incurred for the purchase of the house, according to the invoiced prices of the supplies made. ';
2. In Paragraph 2 (3), the last sentence is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 12 (1), the sentence behind the semicolon is deleted.
4. In Article 12, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"2) The price can be agreed up to 20% higher in Prague, Brno and Bratislava, and 15% higher in regional cities and spa sites of the I. group. 6)."
Paragraph 2 shall become paragraph 3.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1984.
