declaring the expiry of the term of office of judges of certain county and county courts
As a result of the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article I (1) of Constitutional Law No. 52 / 1970 Coll., extending the term of office of judges of county and county courts, the current term of office of judges expired on 31 December 1970:
- Regional Court in Hradec Kralove and Ostrava,
- the District Court for Prague 3,
- District Courts in Nymburka, Pribrami, Domazlice, Tachov, Pardubice, Semili with its seat in Jilemnice, Svitavy, Brno-rural area, Prostějov, Vyškov, Frýdku-Místek, Opava, Ostrava, Přerov and Vsetín.
