THE LAW
of 18 December 1969
on the State Budget of the Czechoslovak Federation for 1970
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Determination of State Budget
(1) Total State revenue

| celostátní rozpočtový přebytek činí | 3 062 590 000 Kčs. |
(2) In addition to revenue from the activities of federal authorities and organisations, it is set as revenue from the State Budget of the Federation for 1970
50% share of payroll tax yield,
10% share of profit tax revenue, *)
33,1% share of turnover tax yield
and part of the levy on redistribution between production units from the Czech Socialist Republic intended for use for production economic units managed by the authorities of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the Federation.
(3) Of the total expenditure of the Federation State Budget:
(a) subsidies and subsidies to finance selected actions

| b) dotace a subvence do rozpočtu Slovenské socialistické republiky na další rozvoj a na ekonomické vyrovnání rozdílů mezi Českou socialistickou republikou a Slovenskou socialistickou republikou | 4 745 000 000 Kčs |
| c) dotace a subvence na vyrovnání úrovně společenské spotřeby Slovenské socialistické republiky | 7 930 000 000 Kčs |
| d) dotace na přerozdělení mezi VHJ do rozpočtu Slovenské socialistické republiky | 410 000 000 Kčs. |
(4) The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic will adjust the binding indicators and limits of the Federation State Budget in accordance with changes to the State Plan, changes to the organisation and the mobilisation of the government budget reserve, provided that this does not affect the amount of the State Budget surplus referred to in paragraph 1.
(5) The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic shall, within the limits of the State Budget of the Federation referred to in paragraph 1 and after consultation with the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic, adjust the mandatory subsidies and subsidies of a military nature granted from the State Budget of the Czechoslovak Federation to the state budgets of both Republics, if any, if they fail to fulfil their tasks or to create new tasks.
(6) Unspent amounts of subsidies and subsidies granted from the Federation State Budget to the State budgets of both Republics for expenditure of a professional nature will be transferred to the Federation State Budget at the end of the year.
Control
(1) The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic exercises control over the management of federal budget resources, in particular when discussing draft reports regularly submitted by the Government to the Federal Assembly on the implementation of the federal budget.
(2) Ministry of Finance of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
(a) assess consistently the implementation of the Federation State Budget in all its parts. To this end, it shall, in particular, control the payments made by the Federation State Budget and the use of subsidies and subsidies granted by the Federation State Budget;
(b) carry out periodic reviews of the management of budgetary resources in federal ministries, federal authorities and organisations in the Federation field.
(3) Federal ministries, federal committees and other federal government bodies are responsible for the management and management of budgetary resources in their field of competence by organisations which fall within their scope under the provisions of Act No. 8 / 1959 Coll., laying down the basic rules on the State Budget and on the management of budgetary resources and regulations issued under it.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1970.
