The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreement of a higher degree has been imposed on him:
A collective agreement of a higher degree for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 concluded on 11 December 2024 between the Contracting Parties
Union of State Authorities and Organisations
and
Czech-Moravian Union Union of Civil Servants of the Army
and
Department of Health and Social Welfare of the Czech Republic
and
Czech Moravian Union of Education Workers
and
Association of Separate Unions
and
Government of the Czech Republic.
