on the announcement of the overall outcome of the election of the President of the Republic on 12 and 13 January 2018 (Round I) and on 26 and 27 January 2018 (Round II)
The State Election Commission declares and publishes pursuant to § 7 (2) (e) and § 57 (1) of Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., on the election of the President of the Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Election of the President of the Republic), as amended, the overall result of the election of the President of the Republic held on 12 and 13 January 2018 (Round I) and on 26 and 27 January 2018 (Round II).
A.
Result of the first round of the President's election of 12 and 13 January 2018
In the first round of the election of the President of the Republic held on 12 and 13 January 2018, no candidate was elected within the meaning of the provisions of § 54 of Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., on the election of the President of the Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the election of the President of the Republic), as amended.
