imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it in the period from 1.12.2012 to 2.1.2013:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2013 concluded on 26 November 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Association of textile-clothing-leather industry
and
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia.
2. Collective Higher Level Contract for 2013 concluded on 10 December 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of Employers Malá Voda Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree 2013 - 2016 concluded on 13 December 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the public transport
and
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair of Bohemia and Moravia.
4. Collective Higher Level Contract for 2013 concluded on 13 December 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
5. Collective contract of higher degree 2013 - 2016 concluded on 13 December 2012 between the Contracting Parties

6. Collective contract of higher degree (for a. s. and s. r. o.) for 2013 concluded on 13.12.2012 between the Contracting Parties
